The Administrative Review Tribunal
(ART)

The ART reviews decisions made by Australian Government agencies, departments, and ministers. If you have received a visa refusal decision from the Department of Home Affairs and do not agree with the decision, you may apply to the ART to have your case reviewed. The time limits for applying for a review are very strict, so you must lodge your application within the timeframe specified in your refusal letter.
